Project Titan. Works from Purnurpler. Team Volcanic.

Project Titan is probably the most fun I've ever had on a project. I joined fairly late and only had about a month to contribute, unfortunately. Despite that I think I did a great job especially considering how much I had to learn in such a small time. When I went into this project I really only had a basic knowledge of Hard-Surface modeling and how to use Unreal Engine. That's mostly it. I had to learn to sculpt from scratch along with Z-Brush (which is actually really fun), "Proper" UV unwrapping, How to create textures for my materials/meshes in Substance Painter, how to work with a team (never done anything but solo work), and a lot more. It was definitely a struggle, but it was a lot of fun and I met many cool people who helped a bunch. I mostly worked on the vegetation, as you can see from the images. I love fungus, so I put a lot of my focus on things of that nature. I also made a table with chairs and some metal bars that I didn't think were worth adding pictures of. My favorite is probably between the Orb Tree and the Spiky Tree lamp thingy. There's also a lot of use of my flora all around the volcanic region, but I didn't want to go all around taking pictures of other peoples areas and clogging my post up, so you'll have to check out the other Volcanic team members to see them used properly. All in all this project was a blast and I can't wait for the full release of the sample project!
